Beautiful fall weather has arrived, lets hope it last awhile. 

Yesterday was such a beautiful day out, sun shinning, temps cool and just enough of a breeze to let you know it was fall. I hope that continues for awhile. All of the leaves have taken on the autumn colors, another perk of living in this area , having the change of season out your window and to not have to travel anywhere to enjoy it. To many of you that may seem trivial , but to those of us that spent many many years in fla. it is certainly a nice change. This past weekend that we spent in Savannah was quite warm and for October it just didnt seem right.

This year has seemed to just fly by so fast that yesterday we finally decided we better start planning the up coming holidays before it gets too late into the month and then we have to rush to get things done.The annual Christmas Party here is something that everyone has been asking about so kaley and i started working on that already. We will have a large crowd here this year so the party should be a great time and the Gift Exchange game will be alot of fun, that is an event that everyone looks forward to as it can be so much fun.

It is also time to start planning the Thanksgiving holiday and menu.there is nothing better then having all the family together for the holidays , even though most of us are all together the entire year thru there are that few that manage to get here for the holidays that we dont get to see everyday. We have been very blessed and greatful that we have had all the kids here for the holidays every year and even now that they are older and have other family in thier lives they still make being here a priority.

This holiday the fun will be watching Kevin and Neslihan decorate thier house and yard for the holidays and the fun they will have together doing it. They are both excited about spending Christmas morning at thier own place and also decorating thier first tree together.I cant wait to take pics for a scrapbook for them.

well i better get busy working, i have alot to get done...part of the reason that this year seems to have passed before our eyes, we have stayed so busy with many different things that it will be nice to sit back and relax here soon and enjoy this time of year.

I cant believe its almost Halloween already. This year is flying by so fast. Just the past couple weeks have been so busy and flown by as well. This is the first Halloween in many many years that we didnt make it to a corn maze or pumpkin patch. We also have yet to see the fall colors in the mountains. We spent last weekend in Savannah and had such a great time. Three days just isnt enough to see everything you want to see but what we did get a chance to do was well worth the trip. The history in this town is incredible and really something to learn about. I love the stone and brick roads, the old buildings, and the tree lined streets just add to the beauty of this town.

Today Kevin and Neslihan moved into thier new house. It is very nice and has a huge yard. We stopped in to visit them this evening and Kevin was busy getting his painting materials together to paint a few rooms before the furniture arrives tomorrow and Neslihan was getting her kitchen situated. They should be having a house warming party in a couple weeks so i have time to decide what to get them,i will have to look around thier place after all the furniture gets delivered and then see what they need.

My brother will be here tomorrow sometime in the late afternoon, him and grandpa will be arriving from Nashville and when those two get together there is no rushing things, they stop to look at everything LOL.They just called here from the hotel and it sure sounded like a nice party going on there with all Brads military buddys so that may slow them down tomorrow as well. They sure wont feel like getting an early start that is for sure.

Well its getting late and i have a busy day tomorrow, have alot of work to catch up on after being off since last thursday. Hope you all have a wonderful and spooky Halloween weekend.

Good morning friends..Not only is it friday, its the weekend and i have next to nothing as far as work for today unless something shows up here later.Until then my plan is to get some cleaning done, and steam clean some carpets so they have time to dry before people start arriving home later today.

Kevin and Neslihan are two very happy youngsters. They are , or should i say ,will be the proud owners of their first home soon. The inspection is today and closing should be soon. I dont think it will be long before they will be moving in. It was great seeing the excitement between the two of them yesterday when they finally got the phone call.

The Gators will be playing LSU this weekend and that should be a great football game for the gators, i hope that Tebow will be healthy enough to play and play well. I am sure this will be one of those on the edge of your seat games and with any luck the gators will win.

I have to get busy around here so i will just wish you all a happy weekend . 

I am so glad the work day is over and that there is only two more days this week. Seems like if anything can go wrong it will. My printer decided it did not want to work anymore so now it will have to be replaced and i hope HP makes a model to replace this one since they no longer have this one available. It prints 12x12, 11x17 and banners so i like using it more then i would just a regular basic printer.

This weekend will begin the start of the fall cleaning around here, a bit sooner then i had planned but my brother will be here the weekend of the 17th to visit so i need to get as much as i can done before then as i wont accomplish anything while he is here other then drinking and football hehe.I will have to reopen "Club Beth" for that weekend.

While i was away this summer i missed out on what everyone was up to so if you did anything fun or went anywhere special please post as it have already taken me forever trying to catch up on everyones blogs and visit, for those of you i havent gotten to, i havent passed up your space i just havent made it there yet and will get there very soon....this is taking longer then i thought it would. I know that Gill went to Vegas as i looked at her pics last night and she sure had a blast out there. Seeing the pics of the NY NY hotel sure brought back memories of our trip to vegas and if you have not had a chance to go , you have to put that on your list of places to go and see. It sure is alot of fun.

Well, off to make dinner and will be back later to make my rounds again to visit, so please put the coffee on !!!

Now that summer is finally over and things around here might slow down some i should have some time to get back to blogging.We still have company here but only for a couple more weeks then it will be time to do a good cleaning of the house and get ready for the fall holidays.

I will keep this blog short as i have alot of blogs to go catch up on , i will post again tomorrow as it will take a day or two to visit everyone as long as msn cooperates and lets me load the pages without issues.
